MEET TAYLOR PORTMAN

Taylor’s teaching style is centered on mindful flows, breathwork, and building a sense of community. She empowers students to embrace challenges while emphasizing moments of mindfulness, serenity, and stillness.

Taylor began her yoga journey during her pre-teen years when she ventured into a hot yoga studio alongside her mom. As she grew into herself, yoga evolved into a cherished sanctuary, offering solace and a supportive community during both physical and emotional challenges. In 2019, Taylor obtained her YTT-200 certification, solidifying her commitment to share the transformative benefits of yoga with others.
In Taylor’s classes, she curates a space where mindfulness takes center stage. She firmly believes in yoga’s profound ability to empower individuals, allowing them to uncover both inner and outer strength, embrace moments of serenity, and cultivate gratitude. Taylor’s teaching philosophy revolves around fostering community and growth alongside her students, creating a holistic and enriching yoga experience for all.
Outside of the studio, Taylor loves all things outdoors. She is an enthusiastic skier, rock climber, and mountain biker and will find any excuse to hang around in the mountains. If you happen to spot her at the crag or on the slopes, don’t hesitate to say hi!
